WATERCRAFT RENTAL TERMS

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

 

Renters must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license to rent a boat.

 

If Renter is born after January 1, 1989 you must show the TWRA Boating Safety Education Certificate. . Boating certificates obtained in another state are valid if it shows boated-com or the NASBLA signee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• All rentals are subject to availability.

• Fuel and 9.25% Tennessee Sales Tax are not included with rental rates*.

• Accepted payments include: Cash and all major credit cards. ​

• Renter is responsible for the cost of any damaged/missing equipment associated with their rental.​​ ​No other fees will be added if the rental is returned clean, on time and undamaged.

• Reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation.

• Emergency Life Vests are provided with all rentals.

• Additional cleaning fees can be accessed if management deems necessary
